July 2022 Tamara and Allegra's work "Geometric Control of Carbon–Carbon Reductive Elimination from a Platinum(IV) Pincer Complex" was published in Organometallics in a special collection of "Organometallic Chemistry Inspired by Maurice Brookhart". This work was a collaboration with Mary Van Vleet (Spelman College) and Nancy Williams (Keck Science Department). June 2022 Ben received an award for Best Poster at the 2022 National Organic Chemistry Symposium. Congratulations! April 2022 The group has received an NSF LEAPS-MPS grant for our project "Development of Carbodiphosphoranes for Organic and Polymer Synthesis". We are grateful for the funding! March 2022 Ben received a Goldwater scholarship and is a Beckman Scholar! Ben, Haley, and Liam presented posters at the Spring 2022 ACS National Meeting in San Diego. December 2021 Cara, Daniel, and Allegra's work "Carbodiphosphorane-Catalyzed Hydroboration of Ketones and Imines" was published in Organometallics. November 2021 Allegra published a Letter in ACS Macro Letters with collaborators from Caltech and Argonne National Lab. October 2021 A pre-print from Cara, Daniel, and Allegra has been posted to ChemRxiv! September 2021 Welcome to our newest group member, Haley Robertson! August 2021 Roxanne and Allegra published an article in Acta Crystallographica, Section E. Thanks to Joe Ziller for help collecting the X-ray data! March 2021 We have received an Organic Syntheses Research Grant for Faculty at Principally Undergraduate Institutions. We are grateful for the funding! February 2021 The group welcomes Ben Janda, our newest member! October 2020 We have received an Undergraduate New Investigator grant from the ACS Petroleum Research Fund.
